Any purchases made between 1 November and 25 December 2023 can be returned up until 25 January 2024. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy 14-days will apply.

• The right of withdrawal, return does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods or goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their tags has been removed after delivery. When returning products that clearly show use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund

• We currently do not offer exchange service during holiday seasons

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of panties, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms

• We recommend using our size guide or contacting us via live chat, contact form or email us on     customer@shopunderstatement.com, help you find the right size

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges during the holiday season. However, we have a simple solution for you! If you need a different size or color, you can simply place a new order. Rest assured that once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 14 working days. Thank you for your understanding!

We apologize for the inconvenience, but once an order has been placed, we are unable to add a discount code retroactively. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may able to help you to cancel the order then you can buy again with the code. Feel free to contact us here and we will do our best to assist.
