HOLIDAY INFORMATION

We are happy to extend our return policy during the holiday season. You can feel comfortable shopping the holiday presents for your loved ones. Any purchases made between 1 November and 25 December 2024 can be returned up until 26 January 2025. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal return policy will apply. Need more help? SHOPPING & ORDERS

No worries, we got you covered! Finding the right size ain't easy and that's why we have simplified sizes at Understatement as finding the right bralette or panties shouldn't be a miracle or painful. Just choose from XS to XXL and that's it (please note that we don't offer all products in all sizes yet but are aiming to get this done as we speak).

Here are some tips: 

  • Our products are true to the size. If you are in between two size, please size up 
  • The Support+ Bralette is prefect if you have a fuller cup and want that little extra support 
  • If you like Triangle Bralette but prefer a bit more cover, try our Plunge bralette and Tops
  • If you have tried our product but with the underband ride up, properly means it is too loose. Try to close it on a smaller hook or going down a size

  • Use the body measurement to get the right size

How to measure? 

1. Full bust - Measure the widest part, usually just below your armpit

2. Underbust - Just below your bust, where the strap is placedWear a lightly lined bra or bralette so your breasts are as close to natural as possible.

Wrap a measuring tape around your body. If you prefer a tigher fit, make sure you tighten the measuring tape to your liking.

Keep your pieces looking fresh and help them last longer by washing them at cold temperature (recommended maximum temperature 30°C/86°F) - this is not only better for your panties, but also a lot better for the environment!

Please use a laundry wash bag when washing them to protect the fabric and reduce the risk of damaging delicate garments.

Absolutely! We strive to make our products available to customers all around the world. While we currently offer shipping to many countries, we understand that there may be some locations where we haven’t been able to provide service just yet. However, please be assured that we are actively working on expanding our shipping to reach as many countries as possible.

Depending on the country and adress your are ordering to we offer several different shipping options.All our shipments are trackable and you will receive a tracking link with your shipping confirmation e-mail.For shipments with local postal services or local last mile partners you normally will receive your package directly home to your mailbox. If for some reason the parcel can't be delivered to your mailbox, it will go to your local postal service or postal service partner and you will be notified when and where to pick it up.

Shipping cost varies depending on country and shipping method you choose. Just go to the check-out and see what the actual cost for your order is.

For countries outside the EU import tax and/or import duty may apply (for most countries though there is a certain threshold below which no tax and/or duty applies). Please check with your local authorities to make sure there are no surprises as Understatement is not responsible to cover such taxes or duties.

Israel: for orders over 75 US$ VAT will be applied and locally collected. For orders over 75 US$ and when shipping with UPS there will be a "UPS brokerage fee" applied by UPS which is a fee for UPS handling the VAT.

Norway: we got you covered! All customs & duties are paid by us.

UK: orders below 135 £ are free from tax and duty. Find more information on the website of the UK Government.

It may take up to 48 hours before the tracking link is updated.

Shipments that do not fit the mailbox will normally be retained at the local delivery office or service point for around 1 to 2 weeks. If you choose not to collect the package, it will be returned to us and the handling fees will be applied.

• The right of withdrawal, return does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods or goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their tags has been removed after delivery. When returning products that clearly show use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund

• We currently do not offer exchange service for Sales product

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of panties, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms

You will need to state your order number and your e-mail to be able to register the return.

We are here to help you make exchange easy. Please follow these steps: 

1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please place a new order for the correct size on our website. You will need to pay for the new order and it will be sent to you right away. Exchanges only apply to the same product in a different size. If it is sold out, please return the item instead.

2. Then visit our return page at shopunderstatement.com/returns to register your return. It will need the original order number and email for registration. Make a note of the new order number.

3. Once registered, you will receive an automated email with further instructions on proceeding. Please check your junk mail if you have yet to receive the email within a couple of minutes of registration.

4. After we receive the returned items, we will refund you for that item and also adjust for any discounts you have from the original order. Your refund will be made into your original payment method.

• If you are returning an item that was purchased as part of a bundle, the discount provided at the time of purchase will be proportionally allocated among all the items in the bundle.

We provide a pre-paid shipping label for 39 SEK in Sweden and from 4.99€ to 15€ for the rest of the world. The fee will be deducted from your refund payment. Please note that import duties for a return shipment are not covered by Understatement.

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or are missing the original packaging and hangtag.
Due to hygiene reasons panties and bikini bottoms cannot be returned.
