Nicole is an agency business director and strategist, and has spent many years living abroad in Tokyo, Paris and London. She is co-founder ofAll of us -a network that champions more diversity and inclusion in the creative industries. Nicole is also one of three voices in Checkpoint podcast and one of the initiators behind ‘A Call for Change’ - an open letter from afroswedes to leaders in the creative industries. She loves the gym, is a certified spinning instructor and has five Harry Potter tattoos.

I see Maya Angelou as a great inspiration for me in my life. Her poem ’And Still I Rise’ empowered me when I was going through a dark period. So much that I in fact tattooed 'still I rise' as a daily reminder that I, as a black woman, will always get up again, no matter what knocks me down!
