Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Swedish orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders above 600 SEK in Sweden is free, otherwise at a fee of 39 SEK.

International orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days. The shipping fee for delivery to other European countries is 10 Euro and outside of Europe 39 Euro. For orders above 150 Euro shipping is free within EU and Norway.

Returns & Exchange:

Understatement is not satisfied until you are. When you shop at www.shopunderstatement.com, you may return your article of merchandise within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery.  Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging and any hangtags must be attached. If this is not the case, a depreciation of 100% of the value of the goods will be deducted on repayment.  Please note, we only accept returns on bras, and not underwear.

Attached to your delivery you will find return documents; a return form and a return shipping label. When returning or exchanging, Understatement own freight documents must always be used. Understatement charges 39 SEK/4 EUR for the return shipping (does not apply on exchanges on orders over 600SEK within Sweden and over 150Euro within EU & Norway). If you do not have your return shipping label or have questions regarding exchanges and returns, please contact customer service via info@shopunderstatement.com

How to make a return or exchange?

To make a return or exchange of your purchase, use the enclosed return shipping label. Fill in all the information in the return form. Put the return form in the package you are going to send back, along with your goods. Pack your goods as you got them from Understatement. Tape the return shipping note on the outside of the package. Submit the package to PostNord’s agent and request a receipt. We will contact you by email when we have processed your return. When making an exchange, a new order must be placed on the desired item. Write the new order number on the return form. If you have a discount code at the first purchase, this discount will be transferred to your new order when we handle your return. Refunds

Refunds are made after the goods have been returned and received in their original condition. When returning products that are not in the original condition, a value reduction of 100% of the value of the goods is deducted. The amount of the goods is normally returned to the customer’s account within about 5-10 business days. Any freight charge is deducted from the amount of the goods.

Complaints:
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged items, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your wish.
