What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order. 

Due to hygiene reasons panties cannot be returned.

The products that you return has to be in the same condition as when you received them.
We do not accept returns for products that has been wornwashed or missing the original packaging and hashtags.

What are the shipping fees for a return?

We offer free exchanges. 

To make returns in Sweden the cost is 39SEK.
Which will be adjusted on your payment.

Please note that shipping costs or import duties for
return shipment from outside Sweden is not covered by Understatement. 

How do I make a return?

To return items in Sweden:  

Place the item(s) back in the packaging you received them in, or an equally sufficient shipping bag or box. 

Fill out the return form that was included with your order and place it in the shipping bag. 

Attach the return shipping label that was included with your order. 

Hand in the shipment to your local PostNord service point. 

 If your order is missing the return form or the
shipping label, please contact customer service
at customer@shopunderstatement.com to request a new one. 

To return items outside of Sweden: 

Take the shipment to your local post office and send it to:

How do I make an exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item from your order for a different size or
style please place a new order on the desired item you want to exchange to.

Then fill out the new order number on the return form.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund within 14 days after we have received your package. During sale periods, this might take longer.
