Do you ship to my country?

YES! We ship worldwide!

Depending to which country you are ordering to, we offer different shipping options (such as PostNord, DHL or a local delivery service). Find more about shipping and shipping fees here.

How do you ship?

We use PostNord (aka the Swedish Post) for most of our shipments and DHL for shipments where PostNord is unable to deliver. Depending the country you are ordering from, a local postal service will deliver your order to you.
 
Sweden: Normally you will receive your package directly home to your mailbox.
If for some reason the parcel can't be delivered to your mailbox, it will go to your local postal service and you will be notified when and where to pick it up.
 
Outside Sweden: Normally your package will be delivered directly to your door by either DHL or a local postal service. In some cases you will need to sign to receive your package. If for some reason the parcel cannot be delivered directly to you, it will go to your local postal service and you will be notified when and where to pick it up.

What does shipping cost?

Sweden: Shipping is free on all orders

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands: For all orders over 70 € shipping is free (gift-wrapping as well :-))! For orders below there is a flat 6 € shipping fee

Rest of EU, Norway and Switzerland: For all orders over 150 € / 1500 SEK / 150 USD shipping is free! For orders below there is a flat 6 € / 59 SEK / 8 US$ shipping fee

All other countries: For all orders there is a flat 15 € / 150 SEK / 19 US$ shipping fee

Do I have to pay international taxes or duties?

For countries outside the EU import tax and/or import duty may apply (for most countries though there is a certain threshold below which no tax and/or duty applies). Please check with your local authorities to make sure there are no surprises as Understatement is not responsible to cover such taxes or duties.

UK: Orders below 135 £ are free from tax and duty. Find more information on the website of the UK Government

When will I receive my order?

Sweden: approximately 2-3 working days
EU, Norway & Switzerland: approximately 3-5 working days
All other countries: approximately 4-8 working days

Please note due to covid-19 there might be delays in the international postal service that we can not affect.

What happens if I do not PICK UP my order?

Please pick up your order within 14 days from when it has reached the pick-up point. If you do not collect the order it will be returned to us and you will be charged 200 SEK for return and handling fees.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Please use our size guide to find the correct size or drop us an e-mail at customer@understatement.se and we will be happy to help.

The products that you return have to be in the same condition as when you received them.
We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed or missing the original packaging and hangtags.

Due to hygiene reasons panties and bikini bottoms cannot be returned.

How do I make an exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please start by placing a new order on our website for the correct item you want to exchange it to.

Then visit our return page shopunderstatement.com/returns to start the return/exchange process and register the request. You will need to state your order number and e-mail to be able to register the return/exchange.
 
Once we process your exchange we will adjust your new order to reflect any discounts and shipping fees.

What are the return shipping fees?

Sweden:

  • we offer free exchanges (this means you don't pay for the return shipment of the product you want to change and you don't pay for the shipment of the new product either)
  • for returns a flat 39 SEK return fee will be deducted from your refund payment

Outside Sweden:

  • At the moment we are not able to provide you with a prepaid return label and therefore you need to pay for your own for sending us a product you want to exchange or return.
  • Please note that import duties for a return shipment is not covered by Understatement.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund within 14 days after we have received and processed your return.
During sale periods the return will be processed within 21 days.

Once we have processed your refund you will receive a notification e-mail.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for returned panties or bikini bottoms.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely, all orders have tracking so you can be safe they arrive in good time!

Based on the country you are ordering to the details of tracking might differ.

Sweden: Track your order in the PostNord app or on www.postnord.se

SWEDEN: For all orders over 600SEK shipping is free! For orders under 600SEK you pay 39SEK in shipping fee
EU & NORWAY: For all orders over €150 shipping is free! For orders under €150 you pay €10 in shipping fee
OUTSIDE EU: For all orders outside EU the shipping cost is €39

If the package does not fit in your mailbox or for some reason cannot be delivered at home, you will be contacted by the local postal service.
