How do you ship?


We use PostNord for most of our shipments and DHL for shipments where PostNord are unable to deliver.
Normally you will receive your package directly home in your mailbox.
If for some reason they are unable to deliver in your mailbox the parcel will go to your local postal service.

What does shipping cost?


SWEDEN: For all orders over 600SEK shipping is free! For orders under 600SEK you pay 39SEK in shipping fee
EU & NORWAY: For all orders over €150 shipping is free! For orders under €150 you pay €10 in shipping fee
OUTSIDE EU: For all orders outside EU the shipping cost is €39

Do I have to pay international taxes or duties?


Yes, Understatement is not responsible to cover taxes or duties

When will I receive my order?


For orders within Sweden the estimated delivery time is 2-3 days
For orders within Europe the estimated delivery time is 3-5 days
For orders outside Europe the estimated delivery time is 4-8 days
You can track your order in Sweden in the PostNord app, or on www.postnord.se

How do I collect my order?


Normally you will receive your package directly in your mailbox.
If the package does not fit in your mailbox or for some reason cannot be delivered at home, you will be contacted by the local postal service.

What happens if I do not collect my order?


Your parcel must be collected within 14 days from when the package has reached the parcel service point.
If you do not collect the package it will be returned to us and you will be charged 200kr for return and handling fees.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately, panties cannot be returned.
Please use our size guide to find the correct size or drop us an email and we will be happy to help.

The products that you return has to be in the same condition as when you received them.
We do not accept returns for products that has been worn, washed or missing the original packaging and hangtags.

How do I make a return?

To return items in Sweden:  

Place the item(s) back in the packaging you received them in, or an equally sufficient shipping bag or box.
Please note that we do not accept returns on panties.
Fill out the return form that was included with your order and place it in the shipping bag.
Attach the return shipping label that was included with your order.
Hand in the shipment to your local PostNord service point.

If your order is missing the return form or the
shipping label, please contact customer service

To return items outside of Sweden: 

Please follow the above steps and take the shipment to your local post office and send it to:

How do I make an exchange?

The exchange policy is only valid for exchanges in the same product to a different size or color for orders shipped within Sweden.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on panties due to hygiene reasons.
If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please place a new order on the website for the correct item you want to exchange it to.

Fill out the return form that was included with your order, don´t forget to write down the new order number and place it in the shipping bag.
Attach the return shipping label that was included with your order.
Hand in the shipment to your local PostNord service point.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on orders outside of Sweden.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund within 14 days after we have received and processed your return.
During sale periods the return will be processed within 21 days.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for returned panties.
Once we have processed your refund you will receive a notification email.
