How do you ship?

 

We use PostNord for most of our shipments and DHL for shipments where PostNord are unable to deliver.
For shipments within Sweden: Normally you will receive your package directly home in your mailbox.
If for some reason they are unable to deliver in your mailbox the parcel will go to your local postal service.
 
For Shipments outside Sweden: Once the parcel leaves Sweden the shipment can be tracked on the local postal service website of the receiving country. Normally you will receive your package directly home in your mailbox. If for some reason they are unable to deliver in your mailbox the parcel will go to your local postal service.
 

What does shipping cost?


SWEDEN: For all orders over 600SEK shipping is free! For orders under 600SEK you pay 29SEK in shipping fee
EU & NORWAY: For all orders over €150 shipping is free! For orders under €150 you pay €10 in shipping fee
OUTSIDE EU: For all orders outside EU the shipping cost is €39

Do I have to pay international taxes or duties?


Yes, Understatement is not responsible to cover taxes or duties

When will I receive my order?

 
For orders within Sweden the estimated delivery time is 2-3 days
For orders within Europe the estimated delivery time is 3-5 days
For orders outside Europe the estimated delivery time is 4-8 days
You can track your order in Sweden in the PostNord app, or on www.postnord.se
 
Please note due to covid-19 there might be delays in the international postal service that we can not affect.

 

How do I collect my order?

 
Normally you will receive your package directly in your mailbox. If the package does not fit in your mailbox or for some reason cannot be delivered at home, you will be contacted by the local postal service.
 
 

What happens if I do not collect my order?


Your parcel must be collected within 14 days from when the package has reached the parcel service point.
If you do not collect the package it will be returned to us and you will be charged 200kr for return and handling fees.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Please use our size guide to find the correct size or drop us an email and we will be happy to help.

The products that you return have to be in the same condition as when you received them.
We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed or missing the original packaging and hangtags.

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately, panties and bikini bottoms cannot be returned.

How do I make an exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please start by placing a new order on the website for the correct item you want to exchange it to.

Then visit our return page shopunderstatement.com/returns to start the return/exchange process and register the request. You will need your order numbers and email to be able to register the return/exchange.
 
Once we process your exchange we will adjust your new order to reflect any discounts and shipping fees.
 

Please note that we do not accept exchanges on panties or bikini bottoms due to hygiene reasons.

We offer free exchanges within Sweden.

For returns within Sweden a 39SEK amount will be deducted from your payment before refunded back to you.

When returning your order outside of Sweden you will not be provided with a prepaid return label and therefore you need to pay for your own return shipping.
Please note that import duties for a return shipment is not covered by Understatement.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges on panties or bikini bottoms due to hygiene reasons.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund within 14 days after we have received and processed your return.
During sale periods the return will be processed within 21 days.

Once we have processed your refund you will receive a notification email.
