How do I redeem a discount code?


If you have a discount code, please enter this during the checkout process.

It is not possible to add a discount code once the order is placed.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions or discounts.

My order is missing?


If you haven´t received your order after a week from estimated delivery time, please email us on
customer@shopunderstatement.com and provide the order number as well as your full name.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I make changes in my order after it is placed??


Unfortunately we are unable to make changes in the order once it is placed.

Do you ship to my country?


YES! We ship worldwide

How do you ship?

We use PostNord for most of our shipments and DHL for shipments where PostNord are unable to deliver.
Normally you will receive your package directly home in your mailbox.
If for some reason they are unable to deliver in your mailbox the parcel will go to your local postal service.

What does shipping cost?

SWEDEN: For all orders over 600SEK shipping is free! For orders under 600SEK you pay 39SEK in shipping fee
EU & NORWAY: For all orders over €150 shipping is free! For orders under €150 you pay €10 in shipping fee
OUTSIDE EU: For all orders outside EU the shipping cost is €39

When will I receive my order?

For orders within Sweden the estimated delivery time is 2-3 days
For orders within Europe the estimated delivery time is 3-5 days
For orders outside Europe the estimated delivery time is 4-8 days
You can track your order in Sweden in the PostNord app, or on www.postnord.se

Do I have to pay international taxes or duties?


Yes, Understatement is not responsible to cover taxes or duties

How do I collect my order?

Normally you will receive your package directly in your mailbox.
If the package does not fit in your mailbox or for some reason cannot be delivered at home, you will be contacted by the local postal service.

What happens if I do not collect my order?

Your parcel must be collected within 14 days from when the package has reached the parcel service point.
If you do not collect the package it will be returned to us and you will be charged 200kr for return and handling fees.

How do I care for my understatements?


Keep your pieces looking fresh and help them last longer by washing at cold temperature
(recommended maximum temperature 30°C/86°F) - not only better for your panties, but better for the environment too!
Please use a laundry wash bag to protect the fabric and reduce the risk of damaging delicate garments.
