How do I PICK the right size?

No worries, we got you covered! Finding the right size ain't easy and that's why we have simplified sizes at Understatement as finding the right bralette or panties shouldn't be a miracle or painful. Just choose from XS to XXL and that's it (please note that we don't offer all products in all sizes yet but are aiming to get this done as we speak).

We have also created size guides for both bralettes and panties that help you finding the size that fits you best even easier. You will find them here.

How do I care for my understatements?

Keep your pieces looking fresh and help them last longer by washing them at cold temperature
(recommended maximum temperature 30°C/86°F) - this is not only better for your panties, but also a lot better for the environment!
Please use a laundry wash bag when washing them to protect the fabric and reduce the risk of damaging delicate garments.

How do I redeem a discount code?

If you have a discount code, please enter it at the checkout page.

Please note that it is not possible to add a discount code once the order is placed. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions or other discounts.

What is your returN & REFUND poliCY

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Please use our size guide to find the correct size or drop us an e-mail at customer@shopunderstatement.com and we will be happy to help.

The products that you return have to be in the same condition as when you received them.
We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed or missing the original packaging and hangtags.

Once we have processed your refund you will receive a notification e-mail.

Due to hygiene reasons panties and bikini bottoms cannot be returned.

Do you ship to my country?

YES! We ship worldwide!

Depending to which country you are ordering to, we offer different shipping options (such as UPS Express, Budbee, or a local postal home delivery service). Find more about shipping and shipping fees here.

How do you ship?

We use trackable postal home deliveries for most of our shipments and UPS for express shipments. Depending the country you are ordering from, a local postal service or last mile provider such as Budbee will deliver your order to you.
 
Sweden: Normally you will receive your package directly home to your mailbox.
If for some reason the parcel can't be delivered to your mailbox, it will go to your local postal service and you will be notified when and where to pick it up.
 
Outside Sweden: Normally your package will be delivered directly to your door by either UPS or a local postal service. In some cases you will need to sign to receive your package. If for some reason the parcel cannot be delivered directly to you, it will go to your local postal service and you will be notified when and where to pick it up.

What does shipping cost?

See below shipping rates for regular shipment with local post services. Express shipping with UPS or similar services is available at a surcharge.

Sweden: Shipping is free on all orders

Germany & Austria: Shipping is free on all orders

For all other EU Countries: For all orders over 70 € shipping is free ! For orders below there is a flat shipping fee depending on your choice of delivery.  

Norway, UK and Switzerland: For all orders over 150 € / 1500 SEK / 150 USD shipping is free! For orders below there is a flat 6 shipping fee depending on your choice of delivery.

US: For all orders over 150 USD shipping is free! For orders below there is a flat 6 shipping fee depending on your choice of delivery.

Australia: For all orders over 320 AUD shipping is free! For orders below there is a flat 6 shipping fee depending on your choice of delivery.

Rest of World: For orders delivered with the local postal service there is a fee of 15 EUR and for Express shipping there is a fee of 25 EUR.

Israel: for orders over 75 US$ VAT will be applied and locally collected. For orders over 75 US$ and when shipping with UPS there will be a "UPS brokerage fee" applied by UPS which is a fee for UPS handling the VAT.

Do I have to pay international taxes or duties?

For countries outside the EU import tax and/or import duty may apply (for most countries though there is a certain threshold below which no tax and/or duty applies). Please check with your local authorities to make sure there are no surprises as Understatement is not responsible to cover such taxes or duties.

Norway: We got you covered! All customs & duties are paid by us.

UK: Orders below 135 £ are free from tax and duty. Find more information on the website of the UK Government

Israel: for orders over 75 US$ VAT will be applied and locally collected. For orders over 75 US$ and when shipping with UPS there will be a "UPS brokerage fee" applied by UPS which is a fee for UPS handling the VAT.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, all orders have tracking so you can be safe they arrive in good time! Once the order is shipped you will receive a delivery note with tracking no.

When will I receive my order?

Sweden: approximately 1-3 working days
 
EU, Norway & Switzerland: approximately 3-5 working days
 
All other countries: approximately 4-8 working days and 2-3 days with UPS Express

Can I make changes in my order after it is placed?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we've all been there. As long as your order hasn't been processed or shipped, we can make changes to it.

Please contact us at customer@shopunderstatement.com, provide the order number as well as your full name so we can try and help you as soon as possible.

My order is missing?

If you haven't received your order a week after the estimated delivery time, please e-mail us at

What happens if I do not PICK UP my order?Ger

Please pick up your order within 14 days from when it has reached the pick-up point. If you do not collect the order it will be returned to us and you will be charged 200 SEK for return and handling fees.
