Boob school

We don't know our bodies as well as we should, especially our breasts.
That's why we've teamed up with the Know Your Lemons Foundation to give you a step-by-step guide on how to check your boobs. During the month of October, we will donate 10% of all bralette profits to Know Your Lemons to help raise funds for their educational programs. We will also ship a Boob Check Guide home to you with every order.

Get the timing right.

Remember to examine your breasts once a month after the end of your period, when you are least tender or swollen. No period? Do it on the first day of the month.

Get the right grip.

Flatten the breast by stretching your arm behind your head. You can do this while lying, bending forward, or showering. Feel the area from your armpit to your collarbone
to the bottom of your ribs. This is where lymph nodes are and sometimes these areas swell when cancer is present.

Get your move on.

Using light, medium, and deep pressure cover the entire area of your breast, chest, and armpit using a circle, horizontal, or up and down patterns.

great job!

Your exam is now complete. Visit Know Your Lemons to learn what your risk factors are, when to get a mammogram, and what to do if you notice a change.
