Shipping/Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of placement during business days. For orders within Sweden, the normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. For International orders, delivery times may range from 3-8 business days, depending on the country of residence.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided when placing the order is accurate. We cannot be held liable for any delays outside of our control, such as unexpected events during shipment transit. Customs or import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges. We suggest customers contact their local customs office for an estimation of any possible additional charges prior to confirming their order.

Returns/Exchanges
If you wish to return your purchased item(s), please visit our return page here to register your return or contact us via here. You need to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

As a consumer, you will be responsible for any decrease in value of an item returned to us that is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. This may result in a partial or full reduction in the amount of money refunded for items that have evidence of being worn, damaged, or dirty. For the item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must have the original tags and labels still attached. Due to health and safety reasons, panties, bikini bottoms, and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

Purchased items are exchangeable for  same product in a different size. If an item can be exchanged is solely based upon our current stock availability. Items that were bought during a sale or otherwise had its pricing reduced are not eligible for an exchange but can be returned.
